Join our private Warrior Body Facebook group! This will help you to connect with myself and other Warriors, stay on track and get tips, videos, and extra goodies from our team!

Also included in this challenge is a one hour FREE consultation with Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and Warrior Body Coach, Katrina Gallagher! During the consultation, you will share some of your health history, as well as your health and fitness goals. In a 1-2-1 setting, you will learn how a health coach can help to educate and guide you toward a healthier lifestyle to reach and maintain your goals. Schedule your free consultation now!
