OUR COACHES

Micki Pauley - owner/founder
I have always been active. As a child I was in many sports and even when I wasn’t at a practice or a soccer game or a gymnastics meet, you would find me outside riding bikes with my brothers or at my neighbors house shooting some hoops. As I got to college I quickly realized that it was now up to me to get movement in and so I found my love for lifting.
I worked with many different trainers – learning a lot from each one. I started competing in physique competitions in 2012 where I truly found my passion for nutrition. I have delt with anxiety almost my entire life and when the nutrition really became a key part in how I handled my anxiety I was hooked. Since then, I have been able to help many change their lives through nutrition alone. With me, you learn just how important key nutrients to not just feed your body, but also your brain!

Hi everyone, I’m Janelle! I currently only coach on Monday evenings. I coach the All Star class @ 4:30pm and I assist in coaching the Beginner class 6:30pm, as well! You will likely see me on Thursday evenings at 5:30pm and Saturday mornings at 9am getting my own workout in! I love being able to meet new people and helping them on their journey of growing stronger physically and mentally, and just living a healthier life overall!

As the newest Warrior body coach, you can find me coaching the Beginner Classes and helping out when needed with All Star Classes. You’ll typically find me working out Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5:30pm and Saturdays at 9am, although I’ve made it to a 6am during the week every now and then. Reasons I love being a coach include the fact that I am a part of helping people to become the best version of themselves, I am helping them realize what their body can do, and I am helping to provide a lively, at times amusing and always encouraging environment for them to do it in.

Cassandra Hearns
My interest in fitness stems from my continuous involvement in sports over the years as I am a former state champion in track and field and a former collegiate track and field athlete. I am the single mother to an active teenager so when not at the gym I spend most of my time doing things with her or operating my “mom-uber” as I take her and her friends around town to do what teenagers do.
In 2017 I found myself at a cross roads after my daughter sustained a season ending knee injury, followed by surgery and rehab. I now needed something to occupy my time as my “sports mom” life had come to a screeching halt. Exercise was the first thing that came to my mind as I was trying to figure out ways to do my own thing. I wanted to learn healthier life habits, work on my body, have a stress outlet, and possibly make some friends. Then I found Warrior Body.
Two years later I am still going Warrior strong and I can’t imagine now not being a part of such an amazing team. I love Warrior Body because of how each and every workout makes me feel. No two workouts are the same and I am challenged with each class that I attend which is typically at 630 on Tuesdays and Thursdays. I also love the energy I am experiencing as a result of Warrior Body and overall it gives me a sense of belonging to something that is beneficial to me.
Many days during the week you can find me at the Warrior Body gym cheering on my fellow warriors, giving words of encouragement and uplift, or being the fun energetic class clown who you can always count on to make you smile.
Daily I’m reminded of the positive effects exercise has on my own physical and psychological well-being and my appreciation for what our bodies and minds can achieve is ever increasing. In investing my time as a coach of the Beginner classes and sometimes the All-Stars I hope to inspire others to grasp this same appreciation for their minds and bodies on their journey to a healthier lifestyle. I look forward to motivating and supporting each and every warrior to continually challenge themselves and make their health goals become a reality in a fun and dynamic environment. #WARRIORSTRONG #WARRIORUP
