OUR COACHES

Micki Pauley - owner/founder
I have always been active. As a child I was in many sports and even when I wasn’t at a practice or a soccer game or a gymnastics meet, you would find me outside riding bikes with my brothers or at my neighbors house shooting some hoops. As I got to college I quickly realized that it was now up to me to get movement in and so I found my love for lifting.
I worked with many different trainers – learning a lot from each one. I started competing in physique competitions in 2012 where I truly found my passion for nutrition. I have delt with anxiety almost my entire life and when the nutrition really became a key part in how I handled my anxiety I was hooked. Since then, I have been able to help many change their lives through nutrition alone. With me, you learn just how important key nutrients to not just feed your body, but also your brain!

KATRINA GALLAGHER
You can find me coaching the beginner classes, the 4:30 Monday and Wednesday classes, and the Saturday 11:30 class. And you can usually find me working out on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:30 and Saturdays at 9:00.

Janelle Hill
Hi everyone, I’m Janelle! I currently coach on Monday evenings. I coach the All-Star class @ 4:30pm and I assist in coaching the Beginner class 6:30pm, as well! You will likely see me on Thursday evenings at 5:30pm and Saturday mornings at 9am getting my own workout in!
I love being able to meet new people and helping them on their journey of growing stronger physically and mentally, and just living a healthier life overall!

Heidi Cogar
Hello Warriors and soon to be Warriors!
I began my Warrior Body journey in June 2018, when one of my friends convinced me to give it a try. To say I was skeptic is an understatement; group fitness was just not for me, I was rarely active, and my nutrition was subpar at best. Fast forward to now and here I am, not only a loyal member of this wonderful Warrior clan, but also a coach!
Working out and being surrounded by such a supportive community inspired me to become an:
✓ ISSA Certified Personal Trainer ✓ ISSA Certified Nutritionist
✓ ISSA Certified Glute Specialist
and I’m not finished yet!
I am passionate about motivating people to be the best version of themselves, realize what their bodies and minds are capable of and know that healthy does not necessarily mean skinny. I strive to provide an accepting, lively, encouraging and at times amusing (Please insert the Rick Flair WOOOOOOOO!!), environment whether I’m coaching or working out.
I look forward to seeing you in one of our classes soon!

Jeremiah Jones
As for Warrior Body, I started in the second half of 2017, and it has become an integral part of my life. Generally, you’ll see me coaching the 6am classes (M-W-F). You’ll see me working out at 5:30 (T-Th), 9a (Sat), and, when I’m not coaching, 6a (M-W-F).
I enjoy coaching because it helps me maintain personal accountability to practice what I coach and help others along their journey to begin, improve, or maintain their positive lifestyle.

Amanda Stuchell
Hi, I’m Amanda. I’m a “mom” to three dogs and a CVG addict. I started my own health journey with Warrior Body a little over 4 years ago in March of 2018. Over the next couple of years, I developed a love for lifting and for seeing just what my body was/is capable of.
I’ve also found a love for experimenting with healthier versions of baked goods. The challenging workouts and the nutritional advice along with all of the support and encouragement that I have received from our Warrior community changed my life.
I became a coach because I wanted to help others realize that they are capable of so much more than they may believe is possible and to encourage them in their journeys to become the best versions of themselves. My favorite quote is one by Eleanor Roosevelt “You must do the thing you think you cannot do.” I love it because there are so many things I thought I couldn’t do, including coaching in a group setting, prior to joining Warrior Body.
You can find me coaching our Foundations in Training (FIT) class on Mondays and Wednesdays at 6:45 pm and occasionally on a Friday, filling in for one of our other awesome coaches. You will also likely find me getting my own sweat on Fridays at 8:30 am, and Saturdays at 9:00 am.

Josh Rudmann
Josh has been coaching with us for a few months now and has been doing an inspiring job!
His coaching and training philosophy is just to have fun! He trains the way he does because it is fun, and he hopes to carry that over to his coaching!
He is currently in school at Fairmont State for exercise Science and wants to work with youth and athletes someday! **Hint hint – be on the lookout for our kids’ classes starting back up! Josh is FANTASTIC with our Warrior kids, and he has quickly become their favorite coach!
He has found his home with the 5:30 pm class on Friday and Saturday mornings at 9 am, but you might see him filling in for other times throughout the week when needed!
WELCOME JOSH! We are so happy to have you and look forward to sharing this opportunity with you!!
