These sessions are capped at just four individuals, each working on their own customized program with the support of a coach. It’s the perfect fit for anyone who wants more 1-on-1 attention, but still loves the energy of training alongside others.
Whether you're brand new to strength training or looking to level up your performance, your program will be tailored to your goals—focusing on strength, conditioning, and functional movement. You’ll get guidance, accountability, and the kind of coaching that helps you move with confidence and see real progress.

Our semi-private training sessions are offered on Monday and Wednesday mornings, starting at 7 AM.
This option is ideal for those with a more flexible schedule who prefer consistency in their weekly training routine, along with a more personalized coaching experience.
We offer two options for our Semi-Private Training:
Option 1: Two days a week of semi-private training only with a coach
Option 2: Two days a week of semi-private training with a coach + access to our group strength and conditioning sessions.
