It gives you enough time to challenge your muscles, recover properly, and still make progress week after week.

Our strength sessions at Warrior Body are intentionally programmed with functional movement patterns, progressive overload, and a focus on quality over quantity. Whether you're brand new to lifting or have years under your belt, we meet you where you are and help you move forward. You’ll learn how to train smart, lift well, and build the kind of strength that carries over into your everyday life.

How it Works?  

When you join our program—whether through one of our Unlimited options or a maintenance membership—you’ll have the flexibility to choose which sessions you attend each week. We recommend picking days you can consistently show up for, because our workouts are programmed in 4- to 8-week blocks designed to help you build momentum and track your progress over time. Consistency is key, and this structure helps you get the most out of your training.

When you walk into a session at Warrior Body, everything is set up to help you feel confident and supported from the moment you arrive. Each workout begins with a structured warm-up to get your body moving and ready to train. You’ll see the full workout overview displayed on the TVs, so you know exactly what’s ahead for the day. There’s also a list of equipment to gather—though your coach may have some or all of it set out for you ahead of time.

Sessions typically run about 50–55 minutes and are designed to be efficient, effective, and fun. Your coach will guide you through each part of the workout, offering clear instruction and individualized support to ensure you're moving well and with confidence. Whether you're new to strength training or a seasoned athlete, we're here to help you get stronger, feel better, and keep showing up for yourself.
